  • I'll gather key details about your parent's health and care needs.

  • You will receive a personalized written care plan to keep and refer to.

  • This is the most in-depth step and includes a review of all relevant materials you provide.

One time, flat fee$300. (prepaid). Major debit and credit cards accepted.

This one-time fee covers the full intake and initial care planning process.

Step 3.  Personalized Planning
& Pricing Examples

Each person's needs and situations are unique---so your care plan and services will be also.   If you choose to continue on after the Intake portion, you will receive a customized estimate before any service agreement is signed.

Pricing Examples:

  • Emergency Response:  Mr. X experienced a medication-related emergency.  I assessed the situation, guided the family to call 911, and stayed with the family throughout the emergency for a while.  Estimated cost, under $ 800.

  • Medication Review:  Suzy's mom had new unusual symptoms.  I reviewed all medications and created a detailed report, which took hours to complete. No further services were needed.  Based on her many medications, total range cost: $65 - $95.

  • Home Safety Assessment:  Karen's aging mom had a fall at home, but fortunately she was not seriously injured.  A home assessment was performed.  The sliding scale for a community-level category: Flat rate: $30 - $45.

Alternate Payment Option:

  • A lump sum deposit amount (called, a Retainer) can be set up and held for long term services or occasional support services.

  • Any unused balance will be refunded at the end of our agreement contract.
