If you choose to move forward, we begin with a thorough intake session.

You will receive a personalized written care plan to keep and refer to.

This is the most in-depth step and includes a review of all relevant materials you provide.
One time, flat fee: $300. (prepaid). Major debit and credit cards accepted.
This one-time on-boarding fee covers the full intake and initial care planning process. Afterwards, services are provided by an hourly or package rate of your choosing. Pricing questions will be answered.

Step 3. Personalized Planning
& Pricing Examples
Each person's needs and situations are unique---so your care plan and services will be also. If you choose to continue on after the Intake portion, you will receive a customized estimate before any service agreement is signed.
Pricing Examples:

Emergency Response: Mr. X experienced a medication-related emergency. I assessed the situation, guided the family to call 911, and stayed with the family throughout the emergency for a while. Estimated cost, under $ 800.

Medication Review: Suzy's mom had new unusual symptoms. I reviewed all medications and created a detailed report, which took hours to complete. No further services were needed. Based on her many medications, total range cost: $65 - $95.

Home Safety Assessment: Karen's aging mom had a fall at home, but fortunately she was not seriously injured. A home assessment was performed. The sliding scale for a community-level category: Flat rate: $30 - $45.
Alternate Payment Option:

A lump sum deposit amount (called, a Retainer) can be set up and held for long term services or occasional support services.

Any unused balance will be refunded at the end of our agreement contract.
